Construction Safety Training System (CSTS)
CSTS takes approximately 2-3.5 hours to complete and is the most widely used computer based training program offered through the NCSA. CSTS has 12 lesions with modules including WHMIS and covers general safety awareness for the construction industry. Many sites in NWT and Nunavut have adopted this program and mandated it as a means for gate access. Upon completion with a 100% pass rate, CSTS students receive certification, which also includes "Generic WHMIS Worker" training. (CD ROM- meets IRP 16 Standard)
"CSTS will become available online in May 2009" To register please email chris@ncsa-nt.ca or call 867-920-0763. The cost for this course is $75.00 per student.
